We connect the client with the relevant new property based on their needs and budget, and we also partner with Mortgage Brokers, Financial Planners, Accountants, Property managers & Settlement Agents (Conveyancers) and act as the facilitator for all the related services required for our clients to acquire a new home. We’re there every step of the way until the home is finished.

We have investment properties available in Queensland, Northern NSW, Victoria, South Australia, Tasmania & Western Australia.

We have a wide range of properties available from straight house & land, Dual Key (occupancy), Co-living, SDA (NDIS), Medium Density (Townhouse), Single Contract, and Defence Housing. Still, please note that not all these property types are available in all areas and would not be suitable in all areas.

The properties all differ in terms of price point, availability, expected yield & capital growth. Recommendations will be made based on a client's individual circumstances & property plan.

We do rigorous, data-driven research and only recommend approximately 8% of the properties made available to our valued clients; we only endorse areas and the specific properties within those areas we invest in ourselves.
